Re: Product change questions

I know they didn't do a HP for my recent chase PC, they might have done a SP, but I'm not sure. No new account, the same account reports with the same history and you keep the same card number. I was able to PC my Chase Slate to a Chase FU. You should be able to PC to any of their house cards, CPS, CFU, CF or possibly the non-preferred Sapphire. You won't be able to PC to a co-braded card, like the Amazon, airline or hotel cards.

Re: Product change questions

You can PC a chase core card to another core card usually without much hassle but your account must have been open for at least 12 months and have no activity for 30 days before they PC you.

Good info to know. You never know if they'd make you app for a certain card.
