I apologize if I stated that wrong, but I've been reading bits of posts that talk about having your reports frozen? What are the pros and cons of this? Currently, my score is a 585 and I'm trying to bounce back from the damage I did last December after finally hitting a 700 score..and losing my job a month later. Would freezing my account be a good idea? I am gardening right now, anyway. So would this ensure that no one gets to report negatively without my permission? (always on time with payments, but just checking).
Enlighten me, please.
