Anyone apply for Pulaski Bank card in Arkansas?  Always saw this listed on credit card lists over the years as good card.

Like Discover, Pulaski is not easy to get!

I live in Arkansas and I can't get the good Arkansas cards. I'm not sure if it is still the same, but Arkansas used to have a usery (sp-?) law that limits how high an interest rate can be. I just got approved for a Kay's for $6000 and the rate for Arkansas was WAY lower than everybody else.
