Its backed by UMB as you said. I'm pretty sure they pull TU. There's only one entry in the pulls and they were denied with upper 600 credit score. The comment just states it wasnt instant approved though.

Isn't UMB supposed to be hard to get approved for?

Yes they are difficult...they are proud of their ultra conservative practices. I got my gf to switch to NFCU. No mobile deposit, etc.

Several of my friends have ditched UMB for pooor customer service and odd lending practices. Love QT but maybe not enough to deal with UMB!
