How do hard inquiries age off your CR. I have 3 HIs on my EX all almost one year old. Have they been losing their negative effect gradually over the year, increasing my score slowly. Or at the one year mark wil my score jump due to their age.

They are supposed to no longer effect fico scoring after an year. They will remain on your credit report for two years though.
But how is my score being affected over the year? incresing slowly as the HIs lose effect or will i see a jump at the one year mark

The impact decreases during the year, but exactly how isn't publicized. All we know for sure is:
a) No score impact at all after 1 year
b) removed from report after 2 years.

That I don't know how much it affects,I think it has to do with your overall credit file
