Question about 61 day Amex CLI

Will they usually go by how well the card is being used and how well you make your payments? Will they go against giving you an increase if they see you have to many inquiries? Does anyone here have alot of inquiries and still got their 61 day increase? Thanks

I have a ton (20 +/- across all 3)  of inquiries and have received my last two 3X CLI. I'm assuming they are judging based on usage and payments as well as monitoring how you use your other credit lines. Of course YMMV but use it and PIF and you should be OK for full 3X as long as the rest of your file is in decent shape.

I have heard that AMEX does not like to see partial payments.. Is this true? I heard they like to see full payments.. If i were to pay partial payments every month and still stay below 30% you think i might be ok.. either way i will try on my 61st day, if i get it i get it if not ill try again later on..
