Question about Discover pre approved and recommended

So, is this a pre-approval or just a recommendation?

 

And up to one week ago, the site always told me, that they could not find any information about me.

If it says "congratulations" then you're pre-approved. If it doesnt say that message at the top you aren't.

Including the 15 months 0% offer? Not that I need it, but it is better then 6 months on the More. Just in case. And I can do it right away after I am approved?

It is not, that I am not allowed to do it. I have access to everything over the Internet here. But doing the happy dance while at work would be ... interesting. At least.

 

You guys are really tempting me ... I see now, why this forum is dangerous, if you really do not need any more cards. Again, what I am talking here. One can never have enough, as long as one is responsible with it.

Lol this forum IS dangerous is right. I pced my more to an it and got balance transfer offers that I didn't use to get with the more. I think you have to wait a month to pc and I don't know about the bt upgrade.

One months is not much and BT offer I do not need (have no balance on my toy limit cards :smileyhappy:). But the 0% on purchases for 15 months would be really something.
