Question about Kohls Charge Card

Hi,

I've been googling and searching the threads... no hard answer on this. Hoping you can help.

Who owns Kohls charge card? I'm seeing Cap1 owns it on some sites, and then Kohls owns it on other sites.

How are they about CLI? When did you see a cli? Was it auto or requested?

Kohls Corporation actually retains ownership of their retail credit cards but shares the operations with Capital One and may even share some of the receivables liability.
