I was thinking about applying for a Capital One credit card, but I know that they normally pull all 3 CRs. I have locked my EX report so do you think that they will deny me because they cannot see all three? My scores are mid to upper 500s.
you migh have to see about temporarily unlocking it, not only that but they might deny for being under 500 ... who knows really though they can be wierd sometimes

I wonder if it would really matter. I don't have scores under 500. I think my lowest score is around 588.
You can temp unblock online. I had to do this last week so Discover could access my CR. I did this prior to app. You also set the date you want freeze reinstated:
