Question about backdoor #?

I recently applied for a refinance through Capitol one auto finance. They denied me saying that my assets are insufficient for amount of credit requested. So does anyone know a back door # for capitol one auto finance. I want to call for recon b/c thats the only reason they denied me. I probably should have put this post in the auto forum but I know that this forum is familiar with backdoor #. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Question about backdoor #?

if the auto devision is anything like the credit card, you can no longer recon.

Since when? I thought that you can call the backdoor # and get a recon on credit cards? Did that change?
