Question about cards with Capital One

So I have a secured card with Cap 1 with a limit of $575 (originally $275 and they gave me a rare cli of $300), and I had a platinum card as well with a limit of 500 (upgraded with credit steps and a CLI to $1100). A few months ago I went on a chat and they upgraded me to the Quicksilver (not the QS1). Can I now apply for another Platinum card? I read that Cap1 doesn't let you have more than 2 sub-prime cards. I thought the Quicksilver card was a prime. Can anyone answer this?

Re: Question about cards with Capital One

Quicksilver is prime allowing you to apply for subprime again. I think they have an overall card limit of 5.

I would think so since the QS is a prime card as Pinkling just mentioned.
