Question about combining Chase limits and PC'ing cards

So I have a Chase Freedom (1.8k CL), Southwest Rapid Rewards Plus (5kCL) and Southwest Rapid Rewards Premier (2.5k CL)cards.

Can I combine the 2 Southwest rapid rewards card limits into 1 card?

Also, if I can combine the two limits, can I PC one of the cards to a Chase Sapphire?

If I can't, I'm open to hear other suggestions

Combining the CLs amongst any of the cards is really no issue.  The SWA co-branded cards cannot be PCd to a non-branded card like CSP, CS, Freedom or Slate.

What kind of product were you thinking of obtaining besides the above?  Maybe others can suggest some options.

If yo want suggestions, what are you looking to do?  What do you need/want from a card?  Why were you looking to PC to the CSP?  Selecting a card is always about what suits the individual and not just the card itself.
