Question about increased utilities

I just have a quick question about increased utilities. I have 8 accs. in total-3 store,2 Visa, 1 MC, and 1 LOC. Total CL=40K. I have kept my utilities @ or < %10 for a while now. I have a low limit MC=$250CL and a low limit Visa=$500 that I usually keep PIF, but at the moment are @90% utilities each. How would this increase in utilities on these two cards affect my scores.P.S., my overall utilities will only increase a small 2-3%,but i've read that high utilities on individual accs. is bad for scores-
Amex Platinum Charge(NPSL); Starwood Amex Preferred CC(20K CL); Diners Club ELITE MC(20K);Diners Club Premier MC(20K,could've sworn the rep said 25k, oh well lol);Delta Amex Reserve CC(21K CL); Amex PRG Charge(NPSL); United Presidential Plus Chase World Elite MC (15K CL); AARP Chase Visa Signature(35K CL); NFCU Visa Platinum(20K CL) NFCU LOC(15K); NFCU Go Rewards MC(17.5K); Disover IT 7.8K;
First Tech Federal Visa Platinum(15K CL); Simmons First Visa Platinum(9K CL); Wells Fargo Visa Platinum(7.5K CL); CitiBank Sears MC(6K CL); JCPenney Card(7.5K CL); Lowes(2.5K CL);Barclays Mile & More Lufthansa 12.5K.

High UTIL on individual accounts is bad for your FICO scores. Running high balances on low CL cards is a bad plan. No one here can tell you how much this will hurt your scores. Maybe you will be able to tell us!

Best plan is to never allow a balance of more that 35% of your CL on an individual card report.
