Question about new app from Amex AU

DW is an AU on my Amex PRG. If she applied for an Amex revolver, would she still just be SP'd if denied and HP'd if approved, or HP'd either way since she's just an AU?

She'll be HP


The SP is a perk reserved for primary cardmembers only.  Some have reported to have been HPd either way.
