Question about signup bonus time frame

Question about signup bonus time frame

When you have a bonus that says you have to spend a certain amount within 3 months in order to get the bonus, what happens if you spend that minimum right away?  Do they give you the bonus right then?  At the first statement?  The first statement after the three months?

Chase Freedom: $1500, Citi Diamond Preferred: $3000, Barclays: $3900, Chase Disney Visa: $1500, Chase Southwest Signature: $5000, Citi TY Preferred: $3000, Cap One Platinum: $1750, Cap One Platinum Rewards: $2500, Orchard Bank: $900, Kay Store Card: $6600, PayPal $2200

Re: Question about signup bonus time frame

Amex credited me when I met the requirement. Chase hasn't, and I'm way past the requirement. I opened both cards the last week of September. I thought I read somewhere in the T&C that Chase will credit the bonus in 6-8 weeks. Not sure if it's after the requirement is met or after the 3 months. Total Rewards Visa credited immediately, and I believe Barclay credited immediately as well.
