I got them all from July-December last year. Except BofA was February this year. So AAofA isn't long either. Haven't tried for CLI yet.

With all of your TLs being new, it would be best to wait until the TLs opened in December are at least 9 mos old.

So I guess what I'm asking is my odds of getting approved for this card are slim right?

Sounds slim but whatever your current odds they would be much better without the dergos.  Have you visited the Rebuilding subforum to see if you can address them?

I realized now I should maybe have waited to get the CSP . It has better reward structure and you can transfer the points to United and many other airlines and travel programs. I'm planning to close the Explorer card before the annual fee hits and then app for the CSP.

YMMV but I find both useful.  CSP (and other UR cards) for earning and UMPE for flight benefits.
