Question about the one card under 9 percent utilized advice.

I have 3 cards.
secured us bank.

cap1 card

amazon store charge card.

Would it matter which one i carry a balance on. I would prefer to carry it on the amazon card as i use that a ton. but since its a charge card i wondered if this wouldnt be as good as having a balance on one of the other cards.

Fico doesn't discriminate about which card you carry a balance on. The 9% percent thing is basically a way of keeping more 0 balances than non-zero balances. And keeping your overall util on that non-zero balance card to be 9%-ish of the limit on that card. 

Its really only important when you have overall low limits or when you have many cards. Its good for when you're gaming your score before an app. I spend many months stressing on getting it perfect but to be honest it was really at a high level just about having a few balances as possible and lot letting my util get too high. Those are the important concepts.
