And yes, I think 40k in UR points is worth an HP and AAoA ding, so I recommend applying and not PCing.

I was looking to see if I could take advantage of the 2k spending and get 40k UR, but looks like that's a targeted offer only and it's only available in branches, which I don't have any in a 70mil radious...
