Does Amex Computer do automatic decline? I applied for JetBlue Biz card on Friday. I got the message "in progress".
I talked to CSR and she said it is approved and waiting for Bank to assign the credit limit and I should know the limit by Tuesday.
When I checked the app status on Sunday it says " declined". Is it a true decline or could it be computer auto declined as it is not processed with in certain time?
Is CSR wrong when she said it is approved and waiting for the CL assignment by Centurion Bank. What do you think happned or is happening with my Application?
Should I call Amex on Monday and ask the for the status? It is confusing for me as to what I should do.
