Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
It doesn't hurt your score. As long as it doesn't say CO(charge off) or showing days late you're ok. Sometimes it may even say ND(no data) which is fine too.

It's not hurting your score at all. It's just the way some of the third party vendors of credit reports display the data.
