Does Chase require a SSN when you request an AU card? (I iknow Citi doesn't make you input one)
Also, does Chase split transactions based on each card? (like capital one-- you can sort transactions based on one card)?

No idea but they do. It's a common discussion topic but I have yet to see a thread with a conclusive answer.
There are, apparently, other ways than relying on SSN.

Nope. AU's have the same card number. It is, however, different for Chase business cards.
