Quick Question Regarding Scores...

Hey all, After my app spree 2 months ago i pulled my CS on 6/19 on my fico.. the new acc/inq did some damage to my score but its still 700+.. Recently i got my denail letter for a cli for my boa card and they gave me a fico score that is 20 points higher than what myfico presented.. Question is which one is more reliable/accurate measurement of where my score is now?
