Quick question about Personal Loan (since there's not a place for that)

I have an unsecured personal loan currently open, but I was wondering if anybody knows how often a Personal Loan is reported? I've noticed on my CR that they don't report every month like other financial companies do. Maybe its just the company I have it with, but I was just wondering if anybody out there knew how often personal loans are reported.

Thanks!

I would assume every month. Whenever it reports, is it reporting the months it missed?

IE: say it reports every 3 months, on the third month it reports, is it reporting all the months in between?

Some lenders just report on weird schedules.

+1  correct

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Well now you can figure out how often it reports, and if you plan on apping for something, plan it around that schedule so you get your payment history and new balance for your apps.

I don't plan on apping for at least 6 months. But I like to get an updated fico score. And if the balance isn't right, then I don't know what my fico score is EXACTLY, and thats one of my pet peeves because then I'd have to pay another 40.00 bucks to get a new report.lol. And those reports add up big time.lol.
