Exactly.
Some with more established history quickly forget that for a younger, newer file, 3 HPs and the AAOA ding ,etc, is much more harmful than it would be for them. We need to personalize our advice, not just blanket recommend bonuses all day.
That's why we've said advice should be made individually based on the information given and thus it should be financially conservative since we don't have all the information. And neither do we know the full context.
