I suggest a forum search on Capital One, you will find a good summary of people's feelings within the first few results probably haha. The search bar is located in the top right of the page.

With that being said, I haven't had a problem with Capital One myself and found the rewards program to be excellent. The rewards balance updates right after payments post and can be used immediately.
