RBFCU Question

I see some folks on the board have been approved for the RBFCU CC.  It appears as though they approve those with scores in the 700's.  Has anyone been approved with FICO scores in the mid to high 600's?  Do they approve those that have a CH7 BK?

My Ch 7 BK was discharged in 2011, in 2012 I was approved for an auto loan and credit card with scores around 670.
