Hello,

I was wondering if it is typical for a long waiting period for an answer for credit from Hooters/Merrick.  I applied on the 8th and just called a couple mins ago with the answer of pending.  Can this be good or bad?

It took them 10 business days to review my application. I had applied on the 29th of Feb and didn't get the card until this past Saturday.

Well i wait for 2 weeks before i get a letter in the mail . They want to verify my ssn,and my identity&they give me the option to mail it or fax the info,and the next day when i call i was approved .

Ya good luck. I got the 7-10 day thing online when I applied last night so I am also anticipating this card.

I'm all excited now haha my TU score is probably right around where yours was when you app'd!  Now I'm fighting the urge to app... I'll probably break down and do it later today rofl 

Just out of curiousity what was the CL they gave you?  And what kinda baddies do you have?  (I have old co's and a couple recent utility collections I'm fighting dunno if that'll hurt me).

i was approved for 600, but I don't have high credit scores even. It's beats a complete denial.
