$200 sounds way too low for an Amex, it's very possible that's the cash advance line or it's missing a zero.

Yeah no way amex gave you 200!
+100, theres no way AMEX gave you that low of a limit on that card. it has to be an error, espicially given your other CL"s and your scores. when you get ahold of them today im SURE they will tell you your real CL and it will NOT be $200

I have a bce with a limit of 2500 and my cash advance limit is 600. So who knows why they told you 200 it cant be cash advances either
My BofA card has a CL of $1K and cash advance limit of $330, so my thinking is $200 cash advance limit implies a very low limit.
Maybe it's a $200 temporaty limit for online spending?
Really bizarre credit line..
I think they may be missing a zero!
Well, good news, it is not a $200.00 credit limit. The system automatically approved me for an initial $2,500.00 credit line. Neither the rep, nor the credit analyst I spoke with could tell me why I was told that my initial credit line was $200.00.
I will call back in 61 days after activation for a CLI. Amex started my Clear card at $2,500.00 before approving me for $7,500.00 2-months later.
Thanks for all the support.
