Received a Barclaycard Pre-Arrpoval in the mail today

I know that Cap One pre-quals are solid, but, what about a Barclaycard mailer?

For which card? Does it list a specific interest rate, or a range?

I ripped it up but I saw it and it quoted a rate of 22.9%

Do not rely on any prequal or offfer.  Select cards based on your needs/wants.  Don't let the marketing departments of creditors decide for you.
