Bill pay is a common choice because few cards cover that.  Depending on your spend, remember that this doesn't have a cap on rewards, most of the rotating 5% do.

sadly living in mass no way for me to apply. 

says i have to go in branch and closest one is about 300 miles away.  maybe when my freedom has 5% back on gas Smiley Wink

Wow that is so awesome! Bring some of that luck to me! Ill be applying for the cash+ next month. (dont really expect to get it, just want to get the cash rewards so I can PC to it in 6 months, seems like the easiest/fastest way to get the cash+)

some csr's will say no, but it's been done quite a few times i've seen on the boards so I would say yes

Yes, it is. They did it for me after approving credit limit increase. Banking with them helps too.

The thing is, I'm not having to worry about bills yet because I'm still a full time student. I've got a Chase Freedom, CSP, Discover More, and BCE. So I think department stores and electronics stores make the most sense, since Discover and Freedom trade off of restaurants for 5% and CSP is 2x points for food as well. Do you guys have any better suggestions?
