I have been very unhappy with them over the years and their lack of CLI on my account for several years. In december I signed up for the Aviator Card and the 40k mile bonus with American AIrlines. Well I used the card, paid my 95 annual fee and goot my 40k miles already. Pretty easy and quick .. so far so good. also allowed me to combine Credit lines and close my other card.
