I'm looking to move some debt to a 0% credit card. I prefer a card offering a term of at least 18 months. Caveat - It has to be a non CITI card.

I think the closest you're going to get is the 15 months being offered with Chase's Slate..

BoA Better Balance Rewards gets you cash back, but 0% for only 12 months. I wouldn't focus so much on the 18 month requirement though, Citi and BoA both send me nonstop offers for 0% on cards I've had for awhile.
Barclay arrival also has 18 months at 0% BT
Slate and Barclay both have a 3% BT fee
As far as use I think Arrival will be a better daily card @ 2X points
Slate is the best straight BT card out there. No BT fees.

For the first 60 days of account opening after that it's 3%
After the BT is done Slate serves no purpose unless you need another BT card in the future in then like I said it's has fees
Just my opinion but this is one of the worst cards on the market .....rewards wise
