Recon starting CL for BOA Cash Rewards and Cap One Platinum Prestige??

I recently went on a mini-spree and picked up four new cards.   However, I'm kind of bummed with the starting limits of two of the cards.

Bank of America Cash Rewards - $2500

Capital One Platinum Prestige - $3000

My other cards are all at least $5500 or above (half of them are at $10K or more), with the exception of the AMEX Delta Gold card that is at $2000 (denied 3xCLI every single time!!)

So does either BOA or Cap One recon the starting limits for these cards?

call BOA for recon asap, i am pretty confident they will recon you with a higher limit.  i just recently asked 6k CLI online and was counter with 1600, called next morning and got 6600.  this was with a 300 secured card
