If I have a 30 to 50 percent balance on all the cards paying off or reducing maximum expenses I have of the cards will yield the most benefits
my highest rate rate is US bank and lowest rate is discover

Start with the card that has the highest utilization and work your way down. Good luck!
I did it the other way around. I paid off the ones with the lowest balance first - and now working on paying off the ones with the higher balance - only 2 more to go! And lucky both cards i owe money on are 0-4.99% interests only. Can't wait to be debt free though...
