Got my SPG on August 14, 2015. Want to transfer CL to Delta and close it.
Was originally told card needed to be open 13 months in order to transfer from it to another.
Just tried and was denied. Called CSR and was told card needs to be open 13 billing cycles which could be 14 months. Was told to call back on October 15.
Anyone else have this experience?
