I've never heard of this card, which bank backs it?

It is a new card with its own bank. It is accepted at very few places as it is a new card. Years to go before it reaches the acceptance like visa/mc/amex/discover. search google for revolutuion card, you'll find info about it.

I thought the Revolution card doesn't report to any CRA on purpose.

Yes the revolution credit card is a great card.I just used it last night at meijers.No problems.You use it like a debit card.Put your 4 diget code in and your good to go.You can use it online also.They are adding new places to use it all the time.You can check there list at there web site to see a partial list of whare it is accepted.

They pulled EQ Only.

When they approved you, was the approval instant?
