I've never heard of this card, which bank backs it?
It is a new card with its own bank. It is accepted at very few places as it is a new card. Years to go before it reaches the acceptance like visa/mc/amex/discover. search google for revolutuion card, you'll find info about it.
i think the bank behind the card is First Bank,

I wonder if they are affiliated with that new money transfer provider called Revolutionary Money Exchange. Supposed to be a lot like Paypal but without all the fees.
yep, i believe it's their card offering via First Bank.

At that interest rate, limited acceptance and no BT's, it's pretty easy to keep my finger off the trigger . . . .
from the website:
Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Purchases As of October 8, 2008: 11.99%, 14.99%, 18.99%, 22.25%, 25.25%, or 27.25%. The APR for the account you receive is a variable rate determined based on your creditworthiness.
