Ritz Chase Card (Getting the 140k points)

Awesome.  I am really tempted to use my AMEX points for a ticked to Singapore, and stay at the RItz.

One thing I did notice was the plastic version had more phone numbers on the back. The metal version doesn't list the ritz carlton reservation line or the concierge phone number. Does anyone know if reservations using points would be made through the elite rewards guest services number then instead that is listed on both cards?

Guest services and reservations are two different CSR centers. I keep them all saved in my phone, and you can find the gold #s for everything online in your marriott account.

i was the last to apply in this thread, they still matched the 140k offer.

got 2 metal cards as well, could not be happier.

2 months after ending this offer and they're still matching it,  now that's customer service.

Thought  I would add a data point as well. SM the other day and received reply stating they would honor the 140k promotion for me

has anyone had luck getting their 140k bonus before the statement hits?

I called after hitting the spend and am just waiting for my statement date and they said the points should show up in my account as soon as it hits. I asked if it was possible to get the points before the statement date, and he said he will send a message to marketing but said it probably won't be possible(was looking to book a hotel soon for an anniversary getaway)

You can book any ritz or marriott property before you get the points. Once you get them you just need to open the reservation in your marriott account and click the "Order Certificates" button. 

You just need to get the points before your trip happens.

Looks like the offer is still available, here is what they said:
