Robo lady Question?

Hello quick question.  Is doing a cli via robolady a hp. I was in the process of trying to get a cli via robolady but I got scared and hung up because she said "in order to see if you are eligible for increase I will have to take a look at your credit report". That just screams HP to me and I dont wanna take the risk. Can anyone offer any insight to whether this is hp or sp. Please and thanks - Whit

Depends entirely on whose robolady you are talking to?

Different card issuers/banks have different policies about what is a HP and what is a SP.

Remember that both - HP and SP - are instances of "taking a look at your credit report,"  The only difference is in how the lender in question codes/reports it later.

Oh i see. Well in my case I was talking to the overstock comenity robo lady

Probably sp but someone with OS can better tell you true or not.

In the case of Comenity store cards, I'd presume soft pull.

After all, they soft-pulled you to give you the cards in the first place...why HP you now?
