Rolling over my cap1 qs1 & platinum to venture?

So I read a post somewhere here and can't find it now for the life of me. So I was looking to add some accounts. Did a successful shopping card trick. I was just approved for a cap 1 platinum 3k. Already have a qs1 3.5k and WF PLATINUM 1.7k. Now there was a user recommending possibly combining these two cap 1 cards at some point and I like the venture one. How long would this take? any other recommendations for this process?

Both Cap1 cards need to be 6 months old at least.  The card you are combining must be at a zero balance with no pending transactions.  You can check to see if you qualify for combination under your services tab online.
