Capital One reminds me of the young lady I had a crush on in high school. She teased me for years. And even though I went on dates with other attractive young ladies, I wasn't going to be happy until she gave in to me. Once she did, I realized immediately that it wasn't worth the wait. Well, I've waited 5 years for CapitalOne to upgrade my rebuilder. And even though I now have prime cards with higher limits, I was still waiting for CapitalOne to show me some love. They finally did offer me the VentureOne upgrade but it has a 19.9% apr and it isn't a World MasterCard. I'm 100% certain I'll never take VentureOne on a date.
