Called again today.  I asked if I could do a product change to another store card......  Answer: NO.  Said I would have to reapply for another store card.  No thank you.... I asked if I could move the credit limit to another CITI card I have......  Answer: NO.  I said, "So, basically the card is useless?"  Answer:  YES  CSR said I could close the account now or let it close out on its own.  I elected to let it close out on its own to help with utilization. 

Bummer....
