I got approved on the 7th (a Saturday) for my Every Day card (applied on Friday night after having a few drinks and had to call them and I did so on Saturday). I received my card on Friday. After it was shipped (from wherever they ship it from) it took 4 days to get to me in Florida.
On the other hand, the Gold Delta SkyMiles took two days longer (got officially approved one day earlier - via the instant approval online) but didn't get it until Saturday.
Hope it gets to you soon.
