Amen to that about Sams Club! My credit line is $10K for the regular store credit card . I have had Walmart much longer but it's still only $5K...

I'd rather get a Walmart card for the free TU08 FICO score and since you can also use it at Sam's Club it's a no-brainer to me. (You can use the Walmart Discover anywhere Discover is accepted.) Regarding the lower credit limits on Walmart cards, they are issued by GECRB (formerly GEMB), so you know you can easily get soft CLI's often. ![]()
