My household shops at DSW very frequently. Therefore I really want their Visa (DSW Rewards Visa). I can obtain it via SCT but I'm not getting a pop-up. I've obtained cards via SCT in the past for other stores. Therefore I was thinking I would definitely get a pop-up now that my scores are much better. Has anyone received the pop-up for SCT for DSW? At which point did you get the pop-up and how much did you place in the cart?
