SP monitoring

What is the best way to monitor SPs on the different CRs. I read on this forum that the reports we get from places like myfico only show HPs. I am constantly seeing posts where people are tracking SPs monthly. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

May have initiated a dispute with a credit bureau allowing to see Sp's

(Chase)- Freedom, CSP®, United MileagePlus® Explorer, Marriott Rewards® Premier, Penfed cash+ rewards/Promise.
Amex’s- BCE, Hilton and SPG®, NFCU Cash Rewards, FHB Destinations World Elite.
