FYI - State farm bank declined my credit card application due to bankruptcy - less than yrs. I spoke to the underwriter, he advised that they need to see re-establish credit and 3 yrs seasoning on BK. So, if you have 3 yrs of re-established credit post bankruptcy you have a high chance of getting approved. They pulled all 3 bureaus.
