Orchard Bank Customer Care
I called this am to see what the change was..
I am named after my grandmother( First Middle and last Maiden Name).. Our social was only 2 digits different. Apparently once upon a time my grandmother had a HSBC account, thankfully it was in good standing. (who the heck knew they could go back 30+years) To top it off my birth year was her death year.. SO they threw up the red Flag.. My CR shows my maiden and my married name. This apparently made their comp system toss in the big red towel. Either or way it is solved and I am happy to report that this was clarified

Orchard serves a purpose just like CapOne rebuilders. Use it respondsibly and you will be back to prime cards and you can drop them like a bad habit.

I hope so... Funny I have been banking with Chase for years and my biggest complaint about them is they have my money and they wont trust me with 5 cents.. I went into the bank to get a secured loan and the banker said oh it wont help your credit anyway so we wont bother.. I WAS STUNNED!
