Sams Club Promotional APR

I really need to watch my activity closer, I used my Sams card to take advantage of 0% promotion for 18 months on purchase over $445 in November. I paid this months bill 2 weeks ago (which still isn't reflected in my current balance) but noticed an $8.42 interest charge. So I called them up, blood boiling, but the very friendly rep I got figured it out in about 13 seconds and reversed the charge and applied the promotional code. I really couldn't believe how well he handled it. People sometimes generalize store cards customer service, but this was probably one of the best interactions I've experienced with all of my lenders.

Sounds like pleasant customer service. It's so rare - usually you have to argue with someone or talk to their supervisor to get something made right (and in this case it was not even debateable which likely helped you).
