Just got emails from both Citi and Amex that my cards have been suspended on Samsung Pay. Called up the banks and they said that apparently I requested them to be suspended. Have no idea what caused this. I havent changed anything and I'm not crazy (I hope). Anyone else having issues?
I have Amex and Citi cards in Samsung Pay, and they still seem to be working. Since it happened to both of your cards at the same time, I would suspect something happened to you samsung pay account. Are there other cards still there?
I had the same issue with Citi a couple months back. My cards all of a sudden were suspended. I called and Citi just told me to remove the card from Samsun Pay and add it again. It worked for me.
